We print first names, neighbourhoods, dates, words that matter to you. It works almost every time. This page exists for the rare times it does not, and so that it is said upfront rather than discovered afterwards.
Every text is read at the workshop before it is pressed. An automated check removes the obvious at order time, but a person makes the call, not a machine.
The workshop reserves the right to refuse any personalisation, without having to justify the decision. We are a small business: we are not required to print what we are asked to print.
Every refusal is refunded in full, shipping included. Depending on the case we write to you first to suggest a correction; without an answer after 7 days, the refund goes out automatically.
If your text is refused at order time, the message is the same for everyone and does not say which word triggered it. That is not to be obscure: saying it would amount to explaining how to get around the check.
A personalised item cannot be returned or exchanged, except for a manufacturing defect. It was made for you and cannot be resold. Non-personalised shirts remain exchangeable for 30 days.
